Professional relationship
SXP LAW is the professional website of Song Xiaopeng, a PRC lawyer practising through Zhejiang Dongbang Law Firm. Any formal engagement, scope of work and legal fee must be confirmed in writing through the law firm. Website use, an enquiry or document submission does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship.
Conflict checks and sensitive information
Do not submit original documents or highly sensitive, privileged or commercially critical material before identity and conflict checks are complete.

Information submitted through the assessment form is used to review and respond to the enquiry, perform conflict checks and maintain necessary professional records.
